A nice trail up by Hogle Zoo, ran to the fence ... felt good

Bessie ... how I hate that hill ... Its like a shark though, rub it one way its smooth and nice (downhill), but the other way slices the crap outta your hand (uphill)

Dry creekrun up hill felt long and slow, I flew down hill though ... felt good!

5 mile's running 5 miles biking.

Switched every mile, it was FUN!!

Also, I learned that my sore achiles tendon needs warming up then it stops hurting!

2 laps around liberty park, then 1.5 miles, then another 2 laps.

It was easy, and a bad time for that 1.5 miles, but a nice week-ender
