I was sane enough to not run Cross Country Freshman year.
Short-Term Running Goals:
I just wanna live.
2 laps around liberty park, then 1.5 miles, then another 2 laps.
It was easy, and a bad time for that 1.5 miles, but a nice week-ender
5 mile's running 5 miles biking.
Switched every mile, it was FUN!!
Also, I learned that my sore achiles tendon needs warming up then it stops hurting!
Dry creekrun up hill felt long and slow, I flew down hill though ... felt good!
I hate mondays .... at least Sugar house park work outs are kinda easy!
